High School Ministry
Confirmation Sunday Nights
All incoming 9th graders and other high school students who have not experienced confirmation are welcome to join in learning more about the Christian faith. This opportunity is led by many invested teachers and pastors who spend time getting to know students and helping them navigate their spiritual journey with Jesus. Confirmation starts August 18 and runs through December 2. Contact Pastor Dillon with questions.
ELEMENT Wednesday Nights
Food, fellowship, friends, and encouragement! There is an intentional design for an opportunity to breathe deep, literally and spiritually. We begin with a meal, and end in God’s Word with games, music, and fun in between!
MHS Student Lunch Bunch
Every week, for $4, our church serves pizza, cookies, and soft drinks to 250-300 MHS students. Come help set up and serve the food as often as you are able.
CREW at FPC has the goal of growing servant leaders through the FPC student ministry. We want to give our students opportunities to discover their gifts as they serve in and through our community. There is a simple application process and time commitment to participate in CREW.
CREW has high requirements, but it also has high rewards. Part of the high rewards CREW members receive is more intense and personal time with the staff and adult leaders. We want to invest in the lives of our student leaders. Remember, though Jesus ministered to the masses, he invested intensely in the lives of how many? (answer: 12) We should be wise to follow this example.
